CANCELATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary. As a courtesy I ask that you give at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Less than 24 hr notice will result in a 50% service fee and no shows will result in a 100% service fee charge.

Please feel free to call or email me. If you call please know I will not answer while in service with another client and I do not have a receptionist as I am a one woman show! I may text you back instead of call as sometimes it is just so much faster in between clients! If I am not able to do either of these in between clients please know I will return your call at the end of the business day.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates purchased are valid only with Melissa VanDomelen. If you are booking an appointment and planning to use a gift certificate please ensure when you are directed to the online booking website you are booking a service with Melissa and not another provider at Karma Day Spa as it is a shared booking app.

SALON POLICIES

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we respectfully request that children do not accompany you to appointments in our salon unless the child themselves has an appointment. This policy is in place as massage therapists occupy the surrounding rooms and some clients come to our salon seeking a peaceful experience, which can be compromised by the presence of children. Potentially hazardous items such as hot wax and sharp implements are also in our environment. These items pose a risk to young children who may inadvertently come into contact with them.
